Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Pineapple Chili
Rum
Angostura bitters (optional)
Jalapeño pepper

Recipe

Place 3 jalapeño slices in a glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 40 ml rum.
Carefully top up with Pineapple Chili.
Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters (optional).
Stir gently until well combined.

Small red pepper

Capsaicin, the compound that gives peppers their heat, causes a burning sensation in the mouth. Heat is measured on the Scoville scale, which indicates the capsaicin content of a pepper. In addition to adding heat, capsaicin also offers benefits such as pain relief, a metabolism boost, and anti-oxidant properties. Love it spicy? Rub a pepper on the rim of your glass for an extra kick! For an upgrade, choose an aged Jamaican rum: its rich, fruity notes and smooth finish go a step further than regular rum, balancing the heat perfectly for a full-bodied, sophisticated cocktail.
