Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Raspberry Cacao
Grain jenever (Dutch gin)
Lime

Recipe

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add 20 ml of grain jenever.
Top up with Raspberry Cacao.
Squeeze one lime wedge into the glass.
Stir gently until everything is well mixed.

This cocktail offers the perfect balance between sweet and sour. The chocolate notes and bold character of the jenever complement each other beautifully. A pinch of salt enhances the umami and brings the flavours even more to life.
