Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Passion Fruit Elderflower
White port
Lemon
Mint leaf

Recipe

Muddle 2 lemon wedges in the bottom of a glass.
Add 6 mint leaves.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 40 ml white port.
Top with Passion Fruit Elderflower.
Stir gently until well combined.

Garnish

Sprig of mint
Lemon zest

Tip from the bartender

White Port is a delicious fortified wine from Portugal, made from white grape varieties. This wine is usually sweeter than the red variety and ranges from dry to sweet, with flavours of nuts, honey and citrus from barrel aging. I recommend Graham’s Blend No. 5. Perfectly chilled, it makes a refreshing aperitif and a great base for cocktails!
