Lime Mint cocktail

Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Lime Mint
Gin
2 kumquats

Recipe

Cut the kumquats in 4 and crush them
in the bottom of a glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 30 ml gin.
Fill with Yugen kombucha Lime Mint.
Stir gently until everything is well mixed.

Garnish

Roasted rosemary
½ kumquat

Roasted rosemary adds an extra dimension to your cocktail with a subtle, smoky scent and flavour. By carefully burning a sprig of rosemary with a lighter or blowtorch, the natural oils are released, which spreads a delicious spicy aroma. The sprig also serves as a garnish, adding not only flavour and aroma, but also a visual impact. Perfect for cocktails with citrusy or woody notes!
