What is our return policy?
You can return any unopened, refrigerated product within 14 days. Original packaging is required.
How do I return an item?
Returning your order can be done quickly and easily. It is best to carefully follow the instructions on this page for the process to go as smoothly as possible.
- Send us an e-mail (shop@yugendrinks.com) announcing your return. Mention the order number so we can guarantee a quick follow-up.
- All returns or exchanges must be reported in writing to us. Write the reason(s) why you have returned the products. List necessary details.
- Put your products, together with the written document, in the box.
- To return your order, it is necessary to send us the box. The costs of returning are always for your own account.

Alternatively, you can bring it to our office (address mentioned above) during weekdays between 10 and 17h.
The goods must be refrigerated at all times (max 7°C).
Can I track my return status?
Not currently. Please keep your return proof until the refund is processed.
Can I return just part of my order?
Yes, as long as the products are in original, unopened, refrigerated condition.
Do I get a refund?
Once we process your return, you’ll be refunded via the original method (within 30 working days). Return shipping is not reimbursed unless you return the full order.
