Super Soda is exactly what you’d expect from Yugen: fermented, organic, flavoured with 1 juice and 4 herbs. But this time, it keeps at room temperature. Its functionality comes from gut fibre and a carefully selected superfood. Lightly sparkling, with just 2.5g of sugar per 100ml.

Why Super? Because at Yugen, we never compromise. We don’t pasteurise our kombucha, and we don’t make ordinary soda. Super Soda follows the same philosophy: 1 juice, 4 herbs, nothing more than necessary.

The word “super” represents both function and flavour: fibre-powered benefits, plus a rotating superfood unique to each flavour.

At the core of Super Soda is a fermented lemon base, similar to water kefir. Crafted with the same care as our kombucha, but via a different process.

The result is a drink with greater depth, complexity, and nutrient density than a typical soft drink.

To keep your Super Soda shelf-stable, we use a combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice as natural preservatives. This means you can enjoy it anytime, anywhere, without compromising on quality.

Plus, you’ll benefit from the extra health benefits of apple cider vinegar! While there’s no need to refrigerate, we still recommend it. After all, who likes warm soda?
