Shipping policy

How do you ship your products?
Always refrigerated, because our kombucha is unpasteurized. For this reason, someone must be present to sign for the delivery. We never leave packages unattended.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over 75 euros. For orders between 50 and 75 euros, delivery is 5.95 euros. For orders under 50 euros, delivery is 9.95 euros.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver refrigerated orders to Belgium and Luxembourg. Shipping outside of these countries isn’t available yet.
What are the delivery options?
We deliver to your home or work addresses. You can also pick up your order at our Ghent office, Speldenstraat 1 - by selecting pickup at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive your order usually within 3 business days.
Will I be notified before each delivery?
Yes. You will receive an email before delivery.
What happens if I'm not home?
There will automatically be a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Note that you can adjust the delivery address and/or delivery day yourself in case of delivery with DPD.
I didn’t receive my order — what now?
If it’s been more than 3 business days without any delivery update, contact us at shop@yugendrinks.com.
What if my order is damaged?
Email shop@yugendrinks.com within 7 days.
Include photos of:
• Damaged product
• Inner packaging
• Shipping box
We'll help you quickly and let you know if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please wait for confirmation before returning.
