Pineapple Chili mocktail

Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Pineapple Chili
Pineapple chunks
Jalapeño slices

Recipe

Crush 4 pineapple chunks in a glass.
Add 4 jalapeño slices.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top with Yugen Kombucha Pineapple Chili.
Stir gently until well combined.

Garnish

A piece of pineapple
A sprig of mint

Tip from the bartender

The heat of a jalapeño is mainly in the white ribs on the inside, where most of the capsaicin, the source of the heat, is located. The seeds take on some heat, but are not hot on their own. Remove the ribs to make the pepper milder, or leave them on if you like a spicy kick!
