Ingredients

Yugen kombucha Passion Fruit Elderflower
Opius Amaro
2 lemon wedges
6 mint leaves

Recipe

Muddle 2 lemon wedges in the bottom of a glass.
Add the mint leaves.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 40 ml Opius Amaro.
Top with Passion Fruit Elderflower.
Stir gently until well combined.

Mint ‘beating’ releases the essential oils by lightly crushing the leaves, enhancing the aroma without breaking the leaves. This technique enhances the mint scent without adding bitterness, perfect for cocktail garnishes.
