Apple Mint mocktail

Ingredients

Yugen Kombucha Apple Mint
Matcha powder
Lime

Recipe

Cut a lime into four wedges and squeeze two of them into a glass.
Measure out half a bamboo spoon of matcha powder.
Dissolve the matcha in 10 cl of water to make a concentrated matcha.
Add the matcha to the glass and top up with Apple Mint.
Add ice (crushed or cubes).
Stir gently until everything is well mixed.

4 apple slices

Tip from the bartender

The subtle use of matcha makes this cocktail so pleasant. Matcha plays a supporting role and shouldn’t dominate. It’s best to prepare it a bit more concentrated – with less water – so the flavour remains intense yet balanced with the kombucha. For the garnish, you can briefly soak the apple slices in lime juice for an extra fresh, slightly tangy touch. For a version with a more bitter nuance, add 4 cl of grapefruit tonic.
