Passion Fruit Elderflower mocktail by Jurgen Nobels
Ingredients
Yugen kombucha Passion Fruit Elderflower
Opius Amaro
2 lemon wedges
6 mint leaves
Recipe
Muddle 2 lemon wedges in the bottom of a glass.
Add the mint leaves.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 40 ml Opius Amaro.
Top with Passion Fruit Elderflower.
Stir gently until well combined.
